Artist Networking
Gener8or is about connecting people, creating a melting pot of artists that will be working on different projects, productions, creative developments, performances within our own company or other companies/organizations in the industry. We want everyone in the industry to have a chance to meet, connect, start a dialogue, a conversation, we want to make sure everyone we know, everything we do is inner-connected on a national and international level. Gener8or is a mobile company; the network we have created over the last couple of years is really wide. This year founder/director of the company Karo Tak has really invested to this side of the company, she has created a huge network of performers/artists in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide, she also took Gener8or’s latest work: CHICKPOWER to Amsterdam Fringe this year, always networking, always looking for possible ways to connect, to collaborate, to bring together, promoting what she does with Gener8or but also promoting artists, their services and their projects, through Gener8or’s website, FB, our mailing-list, our own events we create an accessible, multi faceted interdisciplinary artist network.
Classes/Workshops/Seminars/Events
We facilitate specialized training and workshops/seminars to create a wider access to the different aspects and assets of the performing arts industry, if you require one on one training/direction you can request that, for example you have an idea for a show/project but you don’t know where to start, Gener8or will help. We also organize seminars. We believe it’s important to expand your own vision by sharing your knowledge with other artists, in our fair-trade workshops, artists bring in a skill in return for another skill.
